| With
the deepest bath to one of the smallest baths in Australia we can
offer a service that caters from the largest projects down to the
smallest of washers and bolts. Our main galvanizing bath measures
12.6 metres in length x 1.4 metres in width to 2.7 metres in depth.
This allows us to galvanize structural steelwork up to 5.1 metres
in width and single items up to 18.3 metres in length by double
end dipping.
Our centrifuge plant is the only one of its kind in Western Australia
and offers a service which caters for the bolt industry, chain,
small components such as washers, castings, reinforcement rods and
fixings. The bath measures 3.5 metres in length x 1.0 metre in width
x 1.8 metres in depth. Items up to one metre long can be “spun”
and with the high centrifugal forces used in the process this throws
excess zinc from threaded items allowing pre galvanized nuts to
screw straight on.
